This Month in Mischief Making . . .
Have you ever been sitting at your desk for so long, typing away for hours, that you finally realized you’d forgotten to breathe?
This happened to me on an almost daily basis until I came across João Paulo Pereira, creator of The BASA Method. We forget and neglect our breath all too often and The BASA Method gave me some serious tools to come back to my body and breathe. I mean, don’t you ever find yourself in your head just too much?!
Learning BASA has kept me aware – an ever-present reminder to take a pause, move my body and breathe. I think you’ll love reading about BASA and learning some simple steps to reconnecting with yourself.
In addition to breathing, we’re also moooooving our bodies this month. Evelina Hovich is a true Maverick – bringing her two passions together beautifully by coaching people to vibrant health through dance. She brings fun back to health- and self-care!
After dancing our tooties off, we’re going to need to rest and Jess Sherman has the perfect remedies for us and our children to get some delicious sleep at night. In this issue, you’ll also find some money mindset goodness from Mindful Mavericks favorite, Denise Duffield-Thomas. And, you’ll also discover the what it’s like when you’re part of a Rebel Health Tribe.
This month is chock-full of inspiring stories from entrepreneurs who use movement in one form or another to help others fulfill their goals. If you’re feeling stuck and ready to breathe some fresh life and movement into your business, reach out…I’m here to help.
