This Month in Mischief Making. . .

Sometimes it feels like we’re hitting a wall. Over and over again we try to make a change, try something new or create a new habit and NADA – nothing changes!

She had to turn her family’s kitchen on its head and start a fresh way of living that has brought her so much ease and joy.
